Trotec Speedy 300

The Trotec Speedy 300, is used for engraving and cutting of signs, stamps and others. A wide range of materials such as rubber, acrylic, coated metal, cork, cardboard, leather, marble, several plastics and wood can be processed on the laser.

  • Laser Source: Sealed CO2 laser 12-120W
  • Electrical: 100V-240Volt AC Auto Switching

  • Maximum working area

    Dimension of the workpiece must be within 29′ x 17′ or 726mm x 432mm

  • Maximum height of the workpiece

    The maximum height of the work piece is 200mm (only for engraving on the surface not for cutting)

  • Maximum thickness for cutting

    Wood: 6mm ; Acrylic: 6mm (testing is needed for other materials, preferably < 5mm)

  • Types of files

    We only accept vector files. Preferably in ai / .dxf / .dwg format, drawn to fit material size. (Kindly note that attaching an image file (jpeg) into .ai file does not make that a vector file)

  • Settings of the vector file

    For all .ai files, please adhere to the following settings: Document colour (RGB) ; Cutting line (R=255, G=0, B=0) & Line weight (0.001pt) ; Engraving colour (R=0, G=0, B=0) ***Please outline the fonts to avoid changing or missing fonts***

Ultimaker 2+

The Ultimaker 2 is a well-built, sophisticated 3D printer that produces high-quality prints in a variety of materials.

  • Up to 20 micron (0.001 inch) layer resolution
  • Print head travel speed: 300mm/s
  • Open filament system: Print with any 2.85mm material

  • File Type

    We only accept 3D modelling files in .stl format. Kindly state the desire dimension of the object in the email or inform us before getting the quotation.

  • Maximum Object Size

    The maximum size of the object is limited to 9″x 8.7″x 8″ (230mm x 225mm x 205mm). However, the object can be printed if it can be separated into different parts that is within the size limit.

  • Colour of Model

    All 3D printed model output is either white or blue

  • Basic Charge per Bed Service

    There is a basic charge for file preparation such as adjusting dimensions, separating object parts, infill and support settings.
